BASIC QUESTIONS

You may follow the steps below to place an order: ● Select your desired item along with the required services. ● Add the item to Cart. ● Click on the View Cart button. ● On the Cart page, click Proceed to Checkout. ● Enter or select your Billing & Shipping address. ● Select a payment mode and click Place Order to complete payment. Once the order is successfully placed, an Order ID will be generated and you will receive an Order Confirmation Email from us.

● Click on Log In at the top right corner of avtarasarees.com ● Enter your registered email ID & password ● Or log in using your mobile number via OTP

Unfortunately, orders cannot be combined or modified once placed. To receive multiple items together, please place a new order.

Yes. Due to the value of our products, signature confirmation is required upon delivery.

No. Once dispatched, shipping addresses cannot be changed.

EXCHANGE & RETURN

● Log in to avtarasarees.com ● Go to My Account → My Returns ● Click Request New Exchange ● Select the order & product ● Choose reason & submit For tracking details and communication, please email avtarasarees@gmail.com

● No reverse pickup available ● Return shipping borne by customer ● Exchange shipping borne by us ● Exchange allowed only once per order ● No refunds (store credit only, where applicable)

No. Returns from outside India are not accepted.

SIZE & FITTING

● Unstitched: Fabric only, requires tailoring ● Semi-Stitched: Pre-constructed design, final fitting required ● Ready-to-Wear: Standard stitched based on size chart (no customization)

All customs duties, VAT, and clearance charges must be borne by the customer.
