2. Order Cancellations & Modifications

• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, product availability, or unforeseen issues—even after confirmation or payment. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.
• If a delivery failure or delay occurs due to customer error (incorrect address, unavailable recipient, etc.), any re-delivery charges must be paid by the customer.
• If cancellations by the buyer are exceptionally accepted, the customer must bear transaction charges such as bank fees or exchange rate differences.

3. Delivery & Delays

• We aim to follow the delivery schedule mentioned on the product page. However, early or delayed deliveries do not qualify for compensation.
