Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed — regardless of whether they have been shipped or not.
  • Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Important Information About Shipping Addresses

1. Address Changes

  • You may request a change of address within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • No address changes can be made after 24 hours or once the parcel has been shipped.

2. Multiple Shipping Addresses

  • If you’d like to ship products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each location.

3. Correct Address Is Crucial

  • Ensure your shipping address and PIN code are accurate.
  • Courier companies may charge a penalty for incorrect addresses — any such penalties will be borne by the customer.
  • In case of re-shipment due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges will apply and must be paid by the customer.

4. Availability at Delivery

  • Please ensure someone is present to receive the package at the delivery address.
  • In some international locations, packages may be left unattended at the door if no one is available, and signature confirmation may not be provided.

Lost in Transit

If your package is marked as lost in transit, we wait for 15 days before reprocessing your order.

If the exact product is unavailable, you may:

  • Choose an alternate product, or
  • Opt for a refund for the undelivered item.

Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

Deliveries may be affected by natural calamities, national emergencies, or unexpected courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience in such situations and will keep you informed.
